  • All rental applicants must be 21+ with a job for at least 6 months prior to signing application. 
  • Clean Police Record
  • No Children Allowed (Unless otherwise approved by landlord)
  • Job Letter (showing current salary and length of employment)
  • 6 Month Lease Agreement must be agreed upon
  • NIB and Passport Required
  •  Reference letter from previous landlord(s)
Must be 21+
Do you have the required payment to move in?
If you never rented before, we will accept a reference letter from someone who has known you.
By signing the above you agree to a 6 month rental agreement and agree that all information listed is accurate and the truth.
